Once booked, we’ll discuss a date and time for your included engagement session. You can choose from a list of locations from your Wedding Guide or if you already have a location in mind, I’m always open to exploring new places!

Leading up to your wedding, I'll send you a questionnaire and schedule a zoom meeting so we can finalize the details. On your wedding day, I'll arrive early to set up and begin detail photos, and document the day from there. I'll prioritize the human element of weddings; capturing the natural joy and beauty of the day alongside the classic portraits.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What's required to book? Is my retainer refundable?
When you're ready to book, there is a 30% non-refundable retainer. The purpose of paying the retainer is that it permanently books your spot in my calendar and I set that day aside entirely for you. After that the remaining amount will be due 4 weeks (one month) before your wedding day, although you can pay any time you want or even set up a payment plan. Everything must be paid in full before I shoot your wedding.
2. When will we receive our photos?
I know how eager you are to see your photos, so I'll send out a gallery of sneak peeks no later than 72 hours after your wedding day. Your photos are triple backed up while I select and edit the best from the day, organized in a way that retells the story. You can expect to receive your full wedding gallery 6-8 weeks after your wedding.
3. How do you handle poor lighting?
For low-light conditions, I have my flash that creates beautiful natural light indoors and at night. I bounce the light off of the ceiling or wall to make sure the lighting isn't too harsh. For bright mid-day light I will usually find a patch of shade to avoid direct sunlight. If we can't find shade I'll position you a certain way for the best lighting possible.
4. What is your style?
I consider my editing style to be natural and true-toned with some added warmth. I think it's important to have timeless photos on your wedding day that aren't overly edited but still portray a romantic and authentic vibe throughout your gallery. I typically provide color images along with copies of certain photos in black and white. I also do skin retouching whenever it is needed.
When it comes to my photography style, I like to say it's the perfect combo of documentary-style and posed portraits. What I enjoy capturing the most are those candid reactions that happen when your'e living in the moment, that require me to take a step back and take photos without interruption. Of course, when needed, I'll also be there to give you direction with prompts and posing so you feel your best in front of the camera.
5. Do you give out raw photos?
Nope! If I gave out the raw files it would be like ordering a wedding cake and then just giving you the ingredients to make it. It is a huge part of the process and what separates me apart from others. The raw files are shot with my style and vision in mind. I promise I will do everything to make sure that you are obsessed and love your photos!!

6. Do you travel? Do you charge a travel fee?
While I'm based in Connecticut, I'm always up for adventuring to new places with unique landscapes and would be happy to capture your love wherever you're located. Price of travel is dependent on location and travel fees.
